As a result of over 40 years’ work experience, our building department has developed advice and control of the main building typologies, providing the impartiality, competence, responsibility and confidentiality required by actions in this sector. CEMOSA has carried out its work in singular buildings such as large prisons, performed advisory tasks for the execution and development of buildings and industrial estates, supervised projects, delivered technical advice and performed works implementation control in major national buildings. The building department offers the sector a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience that generates the assurance required by the developers of this type of works.
