Within the penitentiary sector building line, CEMOSA has been developing a wide range of actions at the preliminary study level, involved in the processes for drafting construction projects, extensions or reforms, technical assistance in the execution, Coordination of Health and Safety in the project and works phase, etc. These range from diagnoses and pathological studies in centres with deficiencies, or whose construction is catalogued as centennial and/or of interest as architectural heritage, to participation in the project phase and execution of works for new institutions, participating as an approved Building Quality Control Body in accordance with RD 410/2010, and always from the point of view of knowledge and compliance with the regulatory criteria and specific conditions to be adopted in these buildings. CEMOSA has experience in Technical Assistance both in the project and execution phase, especially in terms of security installations, video monitoring, and the regular installations such as lighting, public address systems, electricity, etc. that form part of a building of this nature. All these interventions are related to Project and Work quality management in compliance with cutting-edge standards in building innovation, as well as the technology and management systems required by prison complexes.
