Since the beginning of its business activity, CEMOSA has been providing its services in the residential sector, adjusting at all times to the control required by regulatory standards. The building department has thus generated new lines of work under the provisions of Law 38/1999 and RD 410/2010. As a result, CEMOSA is currently one of the main companies in the sector, which carries out protocols and its own programmes for developing the works as both Technical Control Body (recognized by major insurance companies) and Quality Control Body for residential building, guaranteeing compliance with our customers’ demands in a sector where specialization requires in-depth knowledge that is provided by a large team of expert professionals.
