If contaminants are detected in the soil and/or groundwater of your site, we will carry out a detailed subsurface characterization, and a Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) will determine whether the soil and/or groundwater is:
- Affected: The calculated risks are acceptable, requiring only a monitoring and control plan.
- Contaminated: The calculated risks are unacceptable for human health, requiring a remediation project.
In many cases, companies or landowners are unaware of the true condition of their soils or are uncertain about the best available techniques for treatment. At CEMOSA, we help you understand the status of your soil, reduce its contaminant load, restore its value, and ensure the safety of your site and its surroundings.
