New professional formation was given by the engineer Luis Eduardo Sánchez, from SPECTEC, to the geotechnical and materials control laboratory team of the Panama office.
At this new training, the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories were explained, which include: requirements related to structure, resources, process, metrological traceability and management systems.
At the end of the session, the participants of CEMOSA staff carried out an evaluation and reinforcement exercise of the topics covered, obtaining very satisfactory results.
