Civil and Transport Engineering.
This area deals with transport infrastructure works (roads, railways, airports and ports) and to a lesser extent hydraulic works. It includes two departments:
- Work Supervision and Technical Assistance
- Project Development
Quality Control of Materials.
This area performs tests to evaluate the quality of materials and installations. The goal is to evaluate the suitability of the materials for the requested performance and particular use.
Building. The Building area tackles control and consultancy works in the field of construction, conservation and preservation of any type of building and both in the project and implementation stages.
Geotechnics. The CEMOSA’s Department of Geotechnics has been carrying its task since the very beginning of the company in 1972 providing services for geological and geotechnical studies to establish, define and inspect the determinant factors and parameters of the land and to optimise their interaction in the project and on the site.
Health and Safety.
This area deals with Health and Safety coordination plans
for Civil Engineering and Building Works, for both public and private organizations.
Certification. CEMOSA is a Notified Body for
CE marking of more than 100 Construction products
under the EC Directive 89/106/EEC.
