Its tasks are developed for civil engineering and building projects including, among others:

• Geotechnical investigations, including those on aquatic media (damns, reservoirs and seaports).
• Soil sampling and laboratory testing.
• Instrumentation installation and monitoring with geotechnical instrumentation (i.e. inclinometer, extensometer, etc)
• Special geotechnical tests (i.e. pressurometer, pile tests, etc).
• Geotechnical assistance both in the project and implementation stages of a construction work.
