CEMOSA is involved in the Working Group, created by the Málaga Municipal Urban Planning Management (GMU), called “Sustainability, Durability and Innovation Group for the works promoted by the Municipality of Málaga”, comprised of technicians of GMU and companies from construction sector.

The results of this work have been specified in the drafting of the following 4 documents:

  • Guidelines for the use of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) in street pavements in Málaga.
  • Guidelines for the use of bitumen mixes with rubber dust from scrap tyres in street pavements in Málaga.
  • Guidelines for the use of hydraulic road binders for roads in street pavements in Málaga
  • Guidelines for the use of permeable pavements in street pavements in Málaga.

These guidelines were approved in April 2019 by the GMU Governing Board.

On the other hand, Mr. Ramsés Vidal Sánchez, technician of the GMU and member of the working group, presented the aforementioned group and the work done on these guidelines, of which CEMOSA is part of the drafting team, in the V Jornada de conservación de pavimentos urbanos, which took place on November 13 and attended by technicians Mr. Javier Castro Lara and Mr. Javier Salas Márquez of CEMOSA.
